Anne is the visionary of DevCo North America.  Having completed over 100 transactions ranging from small real estate projects to multi-million dollar complex master plan projects, she has found a balance in living in today's reality, but preparing for the future. DevCo was not built to simply follow the path of other alternative asset management firms.  Rather, it is positioning itself to participate in the mining and creation of the future. To do so, Anne has to take projects with risks that may defy what others are willing to do. 

 

Whether its re-imagining what an entire neighborhood could look like or working with an emerging tech firm that has failed time and again, Anne bridges today's project metrics with tomorrow's market needs. Anne earned her jurisprudence doctorate from Suffolk Law, was named Boston Business Journal's 40 under 40 and has been a board member to multiple charitable organizations throughout New England.
